Knapp Properties' Neugent Honored for Service to West Des Moines Business Incubator
The West Des Moines business leader has served for two years on the board aimed at fostering economic growth.

Evans presented Neugent with an award to thank him for his service to the West Des Moines Business Incubator Board.
Casey Shelton of Knapp Properties, Inc. has replaced Neugent on the board.
