Last Supper Drama to be performed at WDM Methodist Church on April 2

Make your Lenten season more meaningful by attending a performance of the Last Supper Drama, presented by the men of the West Des Moines United Methodist Church, 7 p.m., Thursday, April 2, at the West Des Moines United Methodist Church, 8th and Grand Avenue, in West Des Moines, Iowa.
This drama, based on Leonardo da Vinci’s painting of Jesus Christ and his disciples, depicts Jesus announcing that one of them will betray Him. The disciples discuss their roles and ask, “Is it I?”
Over 400 performances of the drama, based on Leonardo da Vinci’s famous painting, have taken place since 1970.
To get to West Des Moines United Methodist Church from Interstate-235, take Interstate-235 to the 73rd/8th Street exit (Exit 3). Go south on 8th Street into West Des Moines to Grand Avenue. The church is on the southeast corner of 8th and Grand Avenue. Parking is available behind the church building and can be accessed from 8th Street or Grand Avenue.
