Ten Democratic lawmakers will be in West Des Moines Saturday at a forum hosted by the Polk County Democrats’ Communications Committee, the Des Moines Register reports. The event will be held at the West Des Moines City Council Chambers, 4200 Mills Civic Pkwy, from 9:30-11:30 a.m.
Scheduled to attend are state Sens. Jack Hatch, Dick Dearden and Matt McCoy, and state Reps. Ako Abdul-Samad, Marti Anderson, Ruth Ann Gaines, Bruce Hunter, Jo Oldson, Rick Olson and Joe Riding, the article said.
