Lifespace Communities Names Joe Chambers as Vice President of Sales and Marketing

One of Nation's Largest Senior Living Providers Fills a Top Position

DES MOINES, Iowa – Lifespace Communities announces Joe Chambers as its new vice president of sales and marketing. In this role, Chambers will oversee the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing initiatives in residential living, assisted living, memory support, and health center sales and occupancy. Lifespace Communities owns and operates 12 continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) in seven states.

Chambers comes to Lifespace Communities with more than 20 years of senior living leadership experience and more than 15 years of multi-site management for all continuums of care. He most recently served in sales leadership roles at Vi, including five years spent overseeing national sales and marketing efforts for the organization’s 10 continuing care retirement communities and their new development projects. Most recently, Chambers oversaw the sales and marketing efforts of a multimillion dollar redevelopment of Vi’s Naples Florida community. Prior to that, he held sales and marketing directorship roles at Life Care Services, overseeing sales teams across 12 assisted living communities and CCRCs nationwide.

Chambers received his bachelor’s degree in business administration and international business from the University of Maryland.
