Indoor Party and Play Center Upgrades Website for Guests to Purchase Gift Cards Online

ATLANTA (Sept. 8, 2014) – Monkey Joe’s, a national party and play center featuring inflatable jumps, slides and obstacle courses, announces its newest website upgrade, which allows Monkey Joe’s guests, family and friends the option to purchase gift cards from the comfort of their home. The national children’s entertainment center launched the new e-commerce portal, removing the need to visit an individual location, at www.monkeyjoes.com.

“We have always offered gift cards at our brick and mortar facilities, but wanted to be able to fulfill the requests of our customers and their family members by providing them with the option to purchase gift cards online,” explains Sonny Crumpton, brand leader of Monkey Joe’s. “Not only is this convenient for our regular guests, but this simplifies the process for grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends that may not live near a Monkey Joe’s to purchase a gift card for a child that enjoys our facilities.”

The gift card e-commerce portal is easily accessible via the Monkey Joe’s website at www.monkeyjoes.com. Once within the portal, customers can purchase a new gift card, view the balance or reload a card. The card can then be shipped to customer’s address of choice.

“Our customers still have the ability to purchase gift cards in-store, however, we are excited to offer another option for gift card management that is entirely online,” continues Crumpton. “The need for an e-commerce site was brought to our attention by our guests and local owners. We always strive to listen to our customers’ feedback and recommendations to improve operations at both the corporate and the local level.”
