Tax expert Jason Dinesen will offer solid and useful information about filing state taxes and now, post-DOMA, federal taxes for same-sex married couples. In addition, One Iowa Board Chair and attorney Sharon Malheiro will discuss how the DOMA ruling affects various laws on a state and federal scale, including how the ruling will affect binational couples. One Iowa Executive Director Donna Red Wing will also be making brief remarks before the presentation.
