NUTRI-SPORTFULL POTENTIAL TRAINING (FPT)

INDIVIDUAL/SMALL GROUP SOCCER TRAINING
Every player has potential. The Individual/Small Group Soccer Training Programis designed for players 8 years and older. These training sessions exists for the purpose of developing every player to his or her fullest individual ability. There will be a emphasis on the development of technical skill and small group tactics. This will be accomplished through the implementation of a curriculum that is age appropriate and matches the abilities of the player. See dates & times below.

TOTAL TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT SOCCER TRAINING 
Every player has potential. Total Technical Development is designed for players 8 years old & older. No matter what position a player plays, our Technical Development Program will help them to master control of the ball needed at all positions. The focus of the program is an intense session of technical skills. Such as fast footwork, moves, juggling, finishing, passing & receiving.

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING 
The Sports Specific Training Program can be designed specifically for teams of any sport. Players must be 8 years and older. The focus of this program will be resistance training, speed and agility, core stabilization, foot skills, balance training, sport specific exercises, plyometrics, functional training, and proper body biomechanics. 

Many local sports teams and athletes have trusted us to provide them with cutting edge guidance with their sport training and nutrition. Our trainers have 4 year degrees in Exercise and Sports Science, along with various certifications. 

GOALKEEPER TRAINING 
Every player has potential. The Goalkeeper Training Program is designed for players 8 years and older. These training sessions exists for the purpose of developing every player to his or her fullest individual ability. There will be a emphasis on the development of technical, tactics, mental and physical skills. This will be accomplished through the implementation of a curriculum that is age appropriate and matches the abilities of the player. See dates & times below.

TEAM TRAINING 
Every team has potential. The Team Training Program is designed for teams of all ages and skill levels. Each team will be develop to their fullest potential. To accomplish this, a solid foundation of technical skill, small group tactics, fitness, and psychological aspects of the game must be built.
