The practice of yoga is thousands of years old, yet perfect for today’s busy lifestyle. Yoga creates the mind-body connection by developing strength, concentration, and flexibility. Join certified yoga instructor, Gayle Vettese, in a soulful flowing, mindful moving, and vinyasa practice. With breath awareness, you move your body gently into flowing yoga poses, and close the practice with stillness and relaxation. Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing.
