SmartTalk Connected Conversations lecture series will feature Delilah, the most listened-to-woman on radio, at the Civic Center. Delilah's presentation, "The Women We Come From" will focus on what she brings to her radio listeners--stories of love, hope and inspiration. Delilah's mission with founding Point Hope, was to focus on helping women and children in the US and Africa. Point Hope has helped bring fresh drinking water to villages in Africa. The organization also advocates for adoption of those considered by most to be "unadoptable" children in the US and Africa. Delilah has adopted seven children of her own.
