Vote in our Patch Poll: Do you plan to watch the State of the Union address tonight?

The Obama for America campaign has scheduled two State of the Union watch parties from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday in West Des Moines.
President Barack Obama delivers his address at 8 p.m., and Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels will deliver the Republican rebuttal at the conclusion of the president’s remarks.
The watch parties are among 2,500 planned around the country, the Obama for America campaign announced.
The State of the Union address is a warmup for Obama’s Wednesday visit to Iowa, a key battleground state. His Cedar Rapids stop will be his only visit in Iowa, but he will also be visiting Arizona, Nevada, Colorado and Michigan, as a part of the three-day, five-state tour.
