Regina Glawe, owner, purchased Calla in 2009 and changed its name to R Home.

“The purchasing environment for home décor has changed a great deal in recent years,” said Glawe. “Many of products we sell are now available directly online to consumers so they’ll be able to get the same great products directly from the manufacturer.”

Glawe is excited to return to consulting, joining a new business founded by Jack Welch, “Evaluate to Win,” a cloud-based software application that uses employee evaluations to drive organizational accountability, profitability and growth.

Welch, who describes ETW as "the best business management system I've ever seen," is a partner in the new venture. He is actively involved in strategy, marketing and consulting with ETW clients, establishing best practices designed to help their organizations win.
