The Theatrical Shop used its marquee to welcome RAGBRAI riders to town Tuesday.
The street party goes from 11a.m to 5 p.m., but Jim Miller and his staff at the Historic Valley Junction Foundation expect early risers to get here earlier.
Riders will spend the night in Perry tonight.
