All retail stores and restaurants will be entered into a drawing, and one store will be drawn at Railroad Park on Saturday. The store that is drawn will get mobbed by the group, where each person will spend at least $20 cash, the release said.
The Historic Valley Junction Foundation organized the cash mob after learning about it at the National Main Streets Conference in Baltimore, MD, where the district won the Great American Main Street Award.
