West Des Moines No. 6 on List of Best Places to Find Jobs in Finance, Healthcare and IT Sectors

West Des Moines and the rest of the Des Moines metro area made the top 10 list of the best places in the country to find a job, landing at No. 6 among 50 cities cited in a new career trends report from The Career Network.

The report cited strong job growth in the accounting and finance, healthcare and medical and information technology sectors, all strong industries in West Des Moines. Top job titles: occupational therapist, business analysts and bankers, paying an average salary of $40,000.
