West Des Moines Police Ask for Public’s Help Identifying Forgery Suspect

The t is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect who allegedly used a credit card stolen during a home burglary in West Des Moines.
The credit card was used at various locations in Des Moines, including the Footlocker in Merle Hay Mall. The suspect is described as a heavyset white woman wearing a black, long-sleeved sweater, black pants and sunglasses on her head.
Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact the West Des Moines Police Department at (515) 222-3329 or Polk County Crime Stoppers (223-1400).
