I find that a juicer helps me get the fruits and vegetables I need. Here's a quick morning pick-me-up that delivers a big energy boost:
Juice 1 Granny Smith apple, 1 orange, 1/2 lemon, two carrots and a peeled 1" piece of ginger.


It's a perfect thirst quencher on these hot summer days, too.
