When is the Last Day of School in West Des Moines?
School was scheduled to end in May. Now, students will have to make up some snow days.
A snowy winter means West Des Moines Community Schools will remain in session past May.
As of now, the last day of the 2012-2013 school year is scheduled for Wednesday, June 5, district spokeswoman Elaine Watkins-Miller said.

School originally was scheduled to dismiss on May 31.
Walnut Creek Campus graduation is May 23 and Valley High School graduation is planned for May 26.
