Woof! Woof! There's a Lot to Like About this ‘Like Us’ Campaign

Here’s something we found on West Des Moines Patch’s Facebook wall that we hope you’ll “like,” too.

For every “like” West Des Moines-based Canine Country Club gets on its Facebook page, it will give $1 to the Animal Lifeline of Iowa. The nonprofit no-kill shelter’s cats and dogs arrived in need of immediate medical attention and could not survive withtout the group, which relies solely on donations and proceed from the group’s thrift shop.

Once their health is restored, the animals are available for adoption.
