This class combines the flowing movements of yoga with a focus on the abdominal muscles to create a stronger, leaner body and core center. Focus will be on strengthening and oning the entire body and creating more balance, energy, and strength throughout. The class will conclude with mind/body relaxation to provide a peaceful ending. Modifications are introduced, so all levels are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat. Course taught by Michelle Seifert.
