St. Francis ownership changes announced in Topeka (ksnt.com) — The University of Kansas Health System is taking full ownership of the St. Francis hospital campus and affiliated clinics in Topeka, assuming all operations and clinical responsibilities from Ardent Health. New Topeka Casey's ready to open Thursday (ksnt.com) — A new Casey's convenience store and gas station opens this Thursday at 6 a.m. at 4020 SW Sixth Ave in west Topeka, becoming the city's seventh location. Beyond fuel, it will offer fresh sandwiches, chicken tenders, breakfast items, and made-from-scratch pizza, plus 40% off pizzas every Saturday through college football season.
3. The road from Miss Nancy to volunteer legacy, a lifetime of giving back to the community (ksnt.com) — A beloved Topeka native, educator, and former children's TV host, Nancy Perry has spent decades championing local kids and families, from Avondale Elementary classrooms to leading United Way initiatives. 4.
