At 4 p.m. on Saturday, August 14, Old Cowtown Museum, 1865 W Museum Blvd., invites the community to come out to enjoy Cowtown Throwdown. The family-friendly event will feature musical performances by three local bands: Pop and the Boys, Dustin Arbuckle and the Damnations and Mountain Deer Revival.

Visitors may bring chairs or blankets to sit and enjoy the concert. The event includes gunfight shows, the Delano Dollies and all the sights and sounds of Old Cowtown. The Bomb BBQ and Shaken or Stirred Bartending will be on-site selling food and drinks.

Tickets are $15 for general admission or $10 for Cowtown Museum members and are available via phone at (316) 350-3323 or online at
oldcowtown.org. The event is sponsored by Mike Seltzer Jewelers.
