The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District announces a hearing on a Source-Specific VOC Bubble Agreed Board Order with LL Flex, LLC (“ABO”). If approved, the Air Pollution Control District will submit the ABO to EPA for inclusion in the Kentucky State Implementation Plan.
Oral statements will be accepted at a public hearing via teleconference (due to the COVID-19 outbreak) at 10:00 a.m., November 18, 2020. Instructions on attending the hearing will be posted at www.louisvilleky.gov/APCD/Docket before the meeting and emailed to subscribers of APCD Public Notices (www.louisvilleky.gov/government/air-pollution-control-district/subscribestay-informed-apcd).

A request for a paper copy of the proposed ABO may be made by calling the District, (502) 574-6000, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please specify that you are calling in regard to the Source-Specific VOC Bubble Agreed Board Order with LL Flex, LLC, provide your name and mailing address, and allow time for processing and delivery via USPS. An electronic copy of the proposed ABO may be downloaded from the District’s website at www.louisvilleky.gov/APCD/Docket.htm.
