The Strategy Committee of the Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board will meet at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, via teleconference due to the COVID-19 outbreak, to consider amendments to Regulation 5.15, Chemical Accident Prevention Provisions, version 4. In addition, the Air Pollution Control District (APCD) will host a public meeting on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., or until discussion ends (whichever is first) regarding the amendments. The public meeting will provide a forum to share information about this regulation and to informally discuss possible amendments and answer questions from the public.
