Notice of Public Comment Period on a PAL Construction Permit  

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to issue a Plantwide Applicability Limit (PAL) construction permit to Ford Motor Company – Louisville Assembly Plant (Manufacturer of automobiles), 2000 Fern Valley Road, in accordance with Regulation 2.03 and 2.05. This permit is renewing a new ten-year PAL construction permit. The 30-day public comment period starts on November 4, 2021, and ends on December 6, 2021. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.
