.Summary of proposal
The District is proposing amending the NOX RACT ABO with ASRC to add emissions verification requirements on a 30-day rolling basis. Will this action lead to an increase or decrease in emissions?
This action will not lead to any change in emissions. The only change is to add additional emissions verification requirements on a 30-day rolling basis to match the time period of the emissions limits already in the ABO.What is the timeline for this action?
Unless there is substantial public comment during the comment period the amended ABO will be on the Agenda for the Air Pollution Control Board as new business at it’s regular November meeting on November 17. The Board may make a final decision on adopting the amended ABO at that meeting, or may delay voting on the ABO until a later meeting.
