“Bardstown Road is the backbone of the Highland and one of the city’s most vibrant commercial and residential corridors. I hope our community members join us to share how we can overcome the challenges this district is experiencing,” Councilwoman Armstrong said. “We have been working with LMPD to devote targeted resources for hot spots, ABC for late night enforcement, and Solid Waste Management and Code Enforcement to combat litter. But we need to do more, and we want to hear from you about your ideas for how we can all come together to be part of the solution.”
