Louisville – Metro Council President David James (D-6) is hosting an annual tradition to ‘Light Up California’ for the holidays.

President and Mrs. James are hoping this free toy giveaway will spread some cheer for the children and families in District 6. The community is invited to join the celebration on Wednesday, December 1, starting at 5:30 p.m.

“This is the 11th year that my wife and I have hosted this holiday celebration in the California Neighborhood. I’m grateful for my time spent with the California community and hope that our gifts bring a smile to a child this Christmas,” said President James.
