The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (APCD) has issued a response to comments received during the comment period for the Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR) for APCD Regulation 5.15, Chemical Accident Prevention Provisions. The comment period was held from May 27 to August 25, 2020.
