Louisville Councilwoman George Asks District 21 Residents How Would They Spend Neighborhood Funds

Louisville - Every year, Council districts receive funding to support neighborhood development efforts and area non-profit organizations. Councilwoman Nicole George is asking residents how they want to see a portion of the funding spent.

“It is important that resident have input on where their funds would have maximum impact,” says George. “Our office, in partnership with the McNary Group, is to help set priorities and increase cross community connection through offering a short survey ongoing project participation.”

Residents living in District 21 can now submit ideas and volunteer for neighborhood-based projects through the survey link below. This includes the following neighborhoods and areas: Beechmont; Iroquois; City of Lynnview; North Audubon; Preston Park; Southland Park; Southside; Trinity Park and Evergreen Manor; Camp Taylor South, and Colonial Square Cooperative.
