Executive Order For Wearing Of Face Coverings In Paducah

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear signed a new executive order yesterday that requires the wearing of face coverings in many situations effective today at 5pm. This order is in effect for 30 days, and then it will be evaluated. Over the past few days, the number of coronavirus cases in the State has been rising. Social distancing, frequent hand washing, and the wearing of face masks are still the best ways to slow the spread of the virus and protect each other. We want to continue to reopen our economy!
