"We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Emmeline Essler as the new Student Ombuds Officer for WKU. Ms. Essler has worked at WKU for five years first as Office Coordinator for the Division of Enrollment Management and now as Student Success Coordinator in the Office of the Dean of Students. She brings the kinds of institutional knowledge and the personal disposition that will be particularly beneficial in helping students navigate WKU’s processes and procedures when they need additional assistance or guidance.
