• Man arrested after allegedly shooting a person who entered the wrong house (wbrz.com) — Baton Rouge police arrested a man on attempted second-degree murder and illegal use of weapons charges after he allegedly shot someone who mistakenly entered his Gracie Street home. Investigators say the visitor believed he was meeting a woman and repeatedly told the homeowner he was at the wrong address before being shot. Detectives cite matching witness accounts and surveillance video in supporting the arrest.
