Officers report they quickly tracked the car using FLOCK cameras, recovered the vehicle, and arrested a suspect, who is now booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison and presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

Baton Rouge case highlights growing concerns among lawmakers after man allegedly created sexual deepfakes of co-worker (wafb.com) โ A Baton Rouge criminal case, where a man is accused of using AI to create sexually explicit deepfake images and video of a co-worker, is prompting fresh concern among Louisiana lawmakers. Officials highlight how fast-changing technology complicates enforcement of the state's new unlawful deepfakes law, which now carries penalties of up to 30 years in prison and hefty fines for nonconsensual explicit AI content.
