SWEPCO offering bill assistance to combat extreme heat (ktalnews.com) — Shreveport residents facing high summer power bills can now request temporary assistance from SWEPCO, including waived late fees, paused deposits, and flexible payment options through October. The program covers more than 550,000 customers across Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas, but you must contact SWEPCO directly to see what you qualify for and keep your service connected.
