After filing for divorce, ex-U.S. Homeland Secretary Kristi Noem hotfooted it to the Maine woods aiming for a big moose.
Bangor Daily News reports Noem posted her moose-hunt photos on Facebook.
Noem last week filed for divorce from longtime husband Bryon, an alleged crossdresser who said Sunday he's devastated by the split.
The flirty former Trump cabinet member got the White House boot amid rumors of an affair with one of her top aides.
Noem was accompanied on the moose hunt by her daughter Kassidy Noem Peters, who bagged a bull and described the outing on Instagram as a "once in a lifetime moose hunt," according to Bangor reporters Ethan Andrews and Susan Bard.
"After the hunt, we explored the surrounding conservation areas, habitat and Amish community," Noem wrote on Instagram.
Noem now serves as Trump's special envoy for the Shield of the Americas, a no-work job she got as a political bone after getting canned as a cabinet sec.
