Maine “Anti-Trans” Convicted Pedophile To Keynote GOP Committee Meeting - Under A Different Name

Maine Republican pedo speaker choice: Whose Decision Was This?

By Ted Cohen Patch.com

If the Republican hierarchy in Maine’s most liberal county is trying to persuade voters in an upcoming referendum to come out against gender “reassignment,” it's certainly chosen an odd way to make the sale.

The Gorham & Scarborough Republican Committee has announced an unusual speaker for its upcoming meeting.

The panel says a man named David Arthur, billed as a "de-transitioner," will speak April 28.

The committee is promoting Arthur as founder of “I Belong Amen Ministries.”

But what the political organization didn't disclose in its speaker choice is that Arthur is also David Arthur Kendall, a convicted sex offender.

A flyer from the Florida Department of Law enforcement in 2006 listed Kendall's address as Sullivan, Maine and described him as a sexual offender/predator.

He was convicted in September 1998 of “lewd/lascivious” behavior with a child in Orange, Florida.

Kendall appears on Maine’s Sex Offender Registry as a lifetime registrant for a sex offense against a child (fondling) from the Florida case.

During a legislative hearing three years ago, the convicted pedo - who identified himself then as David Arthur Kendall - testified he “was a member and advocate of the transqueer gender cult for over 30 years.”

The cult is what he considers the attempts by adults to try to change children's genders with drugs and surgery.

“I was a transgender woman for over 20 years,” he said. “I am a de-transitioner. This cult destroyed me mentally and physically.”

As a kid he said he felt like “a girl trapped in a boy's body.”

Kendall, now 53, has said he was molested at age 6, was overdosing on drugs by 13 and turned to prostitution at 14.

Four years ago he testified before a school board in northern Maine, saying that the LBGTQ agenda is dangerous because it can force sexual identity on children and lead to gender confusion.

Kendall described himself then as having been a “transgender” woman for years, and said he was seduced into the LGBTQ movement.

“He identifies as a gay man and said he is glad he wasn’t placed on puberty blockers that would have affected his growth and development,” TheCounty.me reported. “He alluded to past behaviors and said he has since reformed his life.”

Kendall's keynote appearance comes six months before Maine voters will decide a referendum designed to keep "transgender" boys out of girls sports.
