The two were working at a Waterville road project January 13th when they were hit by a minivan driven by Samantha Tupper of Augusta, police said.
Tupper, 34, reportedly failed to stop as required at the marked construction zone before jumping on to I-95 trying to merge into traffic.

As Tupper did so, her vehicle was hit by a tractor trailer, pushing it into the two workers.
They fell from a bridge and died.
“I normally would never ever ask for help, but with the unknown future and how to cover everything that's coming our way, I would like to raise money to help with the costs for my family and Dwayne's family as well,” Tyler says in the GoFundMe message.
“It would be greatly appreciated,” he added. “Thank you all for your heartfelt condolences.”
The fundraiser set a goal of $6,000.
