Shore Road Gallery Announces Grand Opening in Northport, Maine
Featuring Rare Light Sculptures by Anthony Dallmann-Jones (“Dr. DJ”)
Shore Road Gallery will celebrate its Grand Opening on Friday, June 19 and Saturday, June 20, 2026, at its newly renovated coastal contemporary gallery space located at 625 Shore Road in Northport, Maine.
Created by Anthony and Amy Dallmann-Jones, Shore Road Gallery transforms a former three-car garage into an intimate exhibition environment featuring contemporary abstract and impressionistic art, luminous Light Sculptures, watercolor works, and a curated collection of objets d’art and antiques.
The opening exhibition will feature the work of Anthony Dallmann-Jones (“Dr. DJ”), whose Light Sculptures use precision-shaped light and glass to create immersive compositions of color, geometry, and reflection. Rarely exhibited in the region, the works merge elements of painting, architecture, and projected light into what viewers have described as “paintings made of light.”
Also featured are:
- Large and small-scale abstract paintings by Anthony Dallmann-Jones
- Watercolor paintings by Amy Dallmann-Jones
- Select guest artist works by Zak of Milwaukee
- A rotating collection of antiques and unusual collector pieces
Grand Opening Hours
Friday, June 19, 2026 - 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday, June 20, 2026 - 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wine and light refreshments will be served during the Friday evening opening reception.
Following the opening weekend, Shore Road Gallery will operate primarily by appointment only throughout the year, but will have 3 quarterly public exhibitions on the last Friday and Saturday of May, August, and November.
