Keeps assigned buildings in such a state of operating excellence that they present no problems or interruptions to the educational program. Hands on cleaner and lead custodian and maintains records of building projects.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED; boiler, mechanical and maintenance experience

CERTIFICATION:

  • State of Maine Criminal History Records Check
  • Certification of good health by a licensed physician
  • Valid Maine driver’s license

START DATE: TBD

SALARY: 21-22 contract $19.00 per hour (step 1) - $21.50 per hour (step14)

Benefits include sick leave, holidays, vacation and insurance.
