Maine Man, 32, Admits to Enticing 14-Year-Olds For Sex

BOSTON, MA β€” A Maine man this week pleaded guilty to enticing two 14-year-olds for sex, according to authorities. Dillan Letellier, 32, of Saco, Maine, was charged with a host of crimes and now faces life in prison.

U.S. Attorney Carmen Ortiz of Massachusetts said Letellier pretended to be a 17-year-old and met the victims over the internet. He traveled then traveled to Massachusetts and had sex with each of them, Ortiz said.

Letellier was arrested in October 2013 after authorities obtained a warrant. Police said they found "thousands" of child porn images and videos on his electronic devices.

On Monday, Letellier pleaded guilty to the following charges in U.S. District Court in Boston:

  • Coercion and enticement of a minor (two counts)
  • Attempted coercion and enticement of a minor
  • Travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct (three counts)
  • Possession of child pornography

The maximum punishment for the charges is life in prison. He will be sentenced March 27.
