Maine Super Tuesday Democratic Primary: Biden, Sanders Battle
Maine Democrats are awarding 24 pledged delegates in Super Tuesday voting.

AUGUSTA, ME — Former Vice President Joe Biden and Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders are battling for the top spot in Maine's Super Tuesday Democratic presidential primary. The race is too close to call, with Biden holding a slight 34 percent lead over Sanders' 33 percent as of 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, local time.
Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren was trailing both candidates with 16 percent of the unofficial vote tally.
