Waterville Woman Admits to Heroin in Bra: Police
Maine State Police said they arrested Chelsea Pinkham and Steve Thibodeau in Winslow Friday.
WINSLOW, ME β A woman admitted to having heroin in her bra and a male companion was found with crack cocaine during a bust in Winslow Friday, according to Maine State Police. Chelsea Pinkham, 32, of Waterville, and Steve Thibodeau, 31, of Augusta, were charged with drug possession.
Police said a trooper was exiting a Cumberland Farms in Winslow Friday he when saw a vehicle with Pinkham, Thibodeau, and another man inside. The vehicle had an expired inspection sticker, police said.
The trooper engaged the man because he "was on bail conditions and was subject to search and test for drugs and alcohol without probable cause," police said. Later in the investigation, Pinkham admitted to having heroin in her bra and Thibodeau admitted to having crack in his pocket and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle, police said.

She was asked what was in the car for drugs and she stated there should be nothing, admitted to using heroin the night prior and stated there might be paraphernalia in the car.Steve was then asked to exit and he admitted to paraphernalia being in the car and stated he had crack rocks in his pocket. Chelsea would later admit to having heroin in her bra.
Both suspects were transported to the Kennebec County Jail pending an arraignment.
