• Norway to vote on lot rent stabilization ordinance Oct. 15 (sunjournal.com) — Norway residents will decide Oct. 15 whether to adopt a lot rent stabilization ordinance that would immediately cap future increases for mobile home park tenants. The proposal responds to sharp rent hikes at Norway Commons and would tie increases to inflation, with several exemptions. The special town meeting starts at 6 p.m. at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School’s Forum room.
