Atlantic National Trust Names Director of Real Estate

PORTLAND, Maine ― Atlantic National Trust, a private equity firm with offices in Portland, Maine and Dallas, Texas, announced the promotion of Benjamin Keller to Director of Real Estate/Senior Loan Officer. Mr. Keller will serve in this capacity for Atlantic and its affiliated commercial real estate investment, loan servicing, and property management companies.

In this new role, Mr. Keller will be responsible for the acquisition, management and sales of Atlantic’s east coast real estate holdings. He will also be responsible for the management and servicing of Atlantic’s east coast loan portfolio, reporting directly to both the company CEO and the company founder.

Mr. Keller joined Atlantic as an analyst in 2009 from The Debt Exchange in Boston, where he served as a commercial real estate underwriting analyst. Over the past ten years, he has played a central role in Atlantic National Trust’s continued growth, first as an analyst and most recently as a Senior Asset Manager and Loan Officer.

In 2017, Mr. Keller oversaw nearly $10 million in real estate sales while managing a combined total of nearly 1 million square feet of commercial real estate property across 20 states, primarily on the east coast. Additionally, he was jointly responsible for the successful renovation and market repositioning of more than 100 commercial properties in areas across the country.

Outside of the office, Mr. Keller serves as president of the Boothby Square Condominium Association and enjoys playing basketball. He is a 2007 graduate of Bates College, where he studied economics and sociology. A Maine native, he currently resides in Portland, Maine with his spouse Aliyah and son Aden.
