City Of Portland: City's Social Services Division Moves

The move provides the opportunity to co-locate the majority of the City’s Health and Human Services (HHS) programs into one central location. The new facility will house the City’s Social Services division, Public Health division, and HHS administration. The centralization of HHS will reduce barriers to those who access vital services as well as enhance organizational efficiency.
