To residents and property owners: DC Baxter Woods IV, LLC has submitted a Master Development Plan amendment application to facilitate the Phase 2 development of Stevens Square, including 161 multifamily dwelling units to be housed within four new multistory buildings totaling 201,640 square feet of floor area, along with associated site improvements. The subject property, located at 65 McAuley Way (583 Stevens Avenue) is 7.05 acres in size and is zoned R-5 and R-5a Residential. The Master Development Plan amendment would amend PEZ.2016-033, approved by the Planning Board on June 14, 2016. A related Major Site Plan application, PL-001649-2021, has also been submitted.
