The Portland City Council will hold a REMOTE public hearing to consider a zoning map amendment by Thanos, LLC, to rezone an R-6 Residential zone to a B-3 Downtown Business Zone for an area of land that includes two parcels located at 160 State Street/99 Winter Street and 152 State Street.  The Downtown Height Overlay Map is also proposed for amendments coterminous with the rezoning area.  The map amendment is subject to review and recommendation from the Planning Board to the City Council.

Public comments will be taken at this meeting and written comments should be submitted to planningboard@portlandmaine.gov.
