Cumberland Crossing Announces Progression into Phase 1B
The phase progression was initiated upon the successful completion of the first 16 houses in the development
CUMBERLAND, Maine (September 21, 2020) – Cumberland Crossing by OceanView, an independent living retirement community on Tuttle Road in Cumberland that broke ground in late 2018, announced that it has progressed from construction Phase 1A into Phase 1B.
The phase progression was initiated upon the successful completion of the first 16 houses in the development. In total, Phase 1A and 1B will include 53 homes. There are also future plans for 52 additional homes in Phase 2, which will be constructed on adjacent land. The retirement community is a sister location to OceanView at Falmouth.
