Greely HIgh School GymnasiumTuesday, October 5 from 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm

We will be partnering with Northern Light Home Care & Hospice to provide this clinic to our students.  Please click on the link below and complete the consent form by Monday, October 4, 2021.  You must type something into all highlighted fields, so please use NA if it doesn’t apply. Although the vaccine is provided at no charge, there is a cost to administer the vaccine. We appreciate it if you include accurate insurance information. Children presenting with an incomplete form will not receive their vaccine. There is no out of pocket cost and those without insurance will be vaccinated with the appropriate form completed.

All clinics will have injectable vaccines. In addition, FluMist (nasal spray) may be available at some clinics.  We cannot guarantee it for all clinics. Unless you clearly mark which type of vaccine you prefer, and there is no contraindication to either type of vaccine, the nurse at the clinic will determine which type of vaccine to use for your child

As many of you know, the district has been working on a plan for responding to enrollment increases at the elementary level and projections over the next decade. So far, two concept designs for two different schools have been developed; one in North Yarmouth behind the community center and another one on the district campus with the purchase of additional abutting property. The North Yarmouth site was abandoned a year ago after several issues arose with the property and the on-campus design was developed as a result.

Over the summer, a new proposal was unexpectedly brought forward that the Board is reviewing at this time. Given the district's due diligence in reviewing this new proposal, the Board has decided to postpone an anticipated referendum in November as all options are weighed. More information will be forthcoming in the coming weeks as to the district's next steps in ensuring that a viable plan that meets the needs of students is placed before the community for consideration.

Community Partners

Our Community Partners are strong supporters of various areas of the school.  Without them, our students would not have many of the wonderful opportunities and experiences that they receive.
