Parking Enforcement:

  • All enforcement of Parking Regulations will begin again June 1, 2020. This includes Time Zones and Metered parking. *For contactless meter payments download our mobile app at Passportparking.com *The Elm St. & Spring St. Parking Garages are open. $3 per hour
  • If you currently have a RESIDENTIAL PERMIT expiring June 30, 2020, it has been automatically renewed to cover you until June 30, 2021. There will not be an updated sticker for the extension so there is no need to visit City Hall.
  • For new residents of a Residential Zone, City Hall will reopen June 22, at which point you can apply and receive a new residential permit, and any 1 or 2-hour time zone tickets issued from June 1 - June 30 within your zone will be taken back when you get a residential permit.
